Shipment is usually the same day or within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will be sent an email notification that your order has been shipped. You can also check your account status to see when your order has been shipped by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Certain shipping choices are available to select countries only. Please select the choice which best meets your delivery requirements from the drop down menu. Shipping Choices, Average Transit Times, and Price Range
The time it takes to receive your order can depend on how long it takes your order to be processed through your country’s customs system. This can vary widely in any given country. Below is a general estimate of delivery times for the various classes of postal service:
Express Mail International – Most reliable and expedited service around the world, average transit time is 4-6 business days. Package tracking is available. Price averages $32-$37 USD.
Priority Mail International – Reliable priority service around the world, average transit time is 7-11 business days. Price averages $17-$22 USD.
First Class Mail International – Available to select countries and economical, average transit time may vary, please allow 9-15 business days. Price averages $7-$12 USD.
How do I track my order?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. Only certain shipping choices have product tracking, as noted above. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. What if my order has not arrived?
If your order has not been delivered or is taking longer than average, please be patient. The average transit times above are just an average, and do not include weekends and holidays. There are many things that can cause several days of delay to an international shipment, including weather, customs clearing, address issues, inefficient local postal service, etc. We find that most shipments indeed arrive safely to their destinations. Please wait to contact us with delivery questions until 5 business days past the longest average transit time of any of the shipment choices.
