I watched the video twice. I had a hard time getting the cover off. I ended up using three opening tools and several pieces of cardboard. Afterwards I could see there is a thin, 1/16" wide 2-sided tape holding the cover to the rest of the tablet. I could not pull out the old battery as shown in the video, even grabbing the pull tab with pliers. I eventually pried it out. Then I could see there was more 2-sided tape holding the battery in. There is a data strap that goes over the battery. I had a very difficult time getting the ends of the strap back into the connectors on either side of the battery. I could do one on one side, but not the other. The connector and hold-down clamp are very delicate. After about my fifth try to get the strap into on of the connectors, I broke the connector hold-down piece. I have repaired two Galaxy phones by replacing the charging port/board. Replacing the battery in this Galaxy tablet was over my head. This will all go to electronics recycle.
