I want to thank you for an excellent product and service. You saved me a ton of money and time! I have been using my Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tab 2 daily for almost two years. It has been experiencing shorter and shorter battery life and it has become an annoyance. The tablet works fine otherwise. I contacted Samsung who told me it would cost over $100 for them to replace the battery and it would require a factory reset of my tablet. Plus my cost to ship it to them. Bummer! I hate the thought of having to factory reset and reinstall everything. Because “we” just tend to throw away good products that can be repaired, I decided to try to bring tablet back to life instead of replacing it. I came upon your company’s video on YouTube, with very detailed instructions. The price for a new battery from your company was only $49.95 plus shipping. Although the blogs said it was a somewhat tricky installation, from your video it seemed simple. The product came very quickly, and included tools and a video. Installation seemed very simple until it came to one of the ribbon cables, which controls the video. It was a NIGHTMARE trying to put it back in place and secure it. When I put the cover back on, my video was all goofed up. I opened it up again and re-tried connecting the cable, with the same results. This went on for several attempts and in my frustration I became impatient and cracked the case in a couple of places (very minor cracks). I gave up and decided it was hopeless for me to install the new battery so I decided to buy a new tablet. I called my cell provider, from which I bought the tablet originally, and found out that they were going to make me pay my contract until its end ($100), even if I replaced it with a new tablet bought from them. Their price was to replace it was $499 (supposedly after a $100 discount) with a new contract. Although it is a one version upgrade seems to be pretty much the same as my old one. Their price to replace it was about $100 more than another retailer, so I bought the new tablet from the other retailer for $399. So now I am looking at about $550 by the time I pay for the new tablet, the cell contract payoff, and your battery. And I will need to sign a new cell contract. I decided to take one more try at the battery installation on my old tablet before setting the new one up and re-installing all of my apps, email accounts, and sign a new contract (not much I hate worse than the long process at the cell store). Amazingly, this time I was able to connect the ribbon cable, secure it, and it worked PERFECTLY when I closed up the case. As good as new! Actually better than new. Today, my first day using the new battery, it has lasted longer than the original battery. So I can return the new tablet and hope to enjoy another 2 years of life with my old tablet. You saved me a lot of money and re-installation time. Thanks for a great product and great service! Regards, Sue
