I ordered the battery for the Kindle keyboard model. I must say everything came just like expected. I watched the DVD then i realized it was the same as what I had already seen on this web site. So I started in. The small tool works just fine, I would suggest you go slow and not force the back open too much but you do need to apply some pressure. The battery came out just like explained and everything went back together as planned. No surprises, just dependable information.

The service I recived from NewPower99.com was great. There was a problem with the first battery I recived and I had thrown away the paper work. I sent a scan of the package and battery and they quckly sent a replacement that works great. I would do busness with them again. without hesitation.
