Thanks for posting the video on how to open my lifedrive it was so helpful that I bought a battery from your company. The video really convinced me to go with ipods99.com instead of others as I felt anyone who was that detail oriented would have a superior product. I am currently in the Army in Baghdad Iraq and I use my palm lifedrive as a resource for medical information. As it is difficult to get parts
