•By sending NewPower99.com your electronic device for battery replacement service, you agree to the following:
•You are responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for professional battery replacement service. Please package your device carefully and fully insure shipment to protect against loss or damage. Please use US Postal Service as UPS and FedE2x do not deliver to post office boxes.
•Before shipping your device, you may want to back up data and remove any confidential information. NewPower99.com is not responsible for loss of any data.
•If the original manufacturer's warranty on your device is still in effect, the battery replacement service may void the warranty. NewPower99.com is not an authorized battery replacement or electronics repair service.
•Your electronic device may have issues that are unrelated to the battery performance. If NewPower99.com is unable to complete the battery replacement or the battery replacement is not successful in getting your device to function, you may be required to at least pay for the cost of labor and return shipping and handling used for your device.
•Opening an electronic device and replacing the battery does entail risks to the functionality of the unit. NewPower99.com does not guarantee the overall functionality of your unit after battery replacement service. You acknowledge these risks and understand that NewPower99.com's maximum liability is limited to the cost of the battery replacement service.
•One Year Battery Warranty is for parts only. Under the terms of parts only warranty, NewPower99.com will provide a replacement battery free of charge. If NewPower99.com carries out the battery replacement service for you, labor and shipping costs are at your expense.
